Most ULS program manager have 10 or more years’ experience providing program and project management support to a variety of DOD clients. This experience includes: Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) development and maintenance; Earned Value Management (EVM) as well as managing all major phases of various projects through conception and initiation, monitoring and control to project close.

ULS personnel have extensive experience developing Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements, Integrated Master Plan and Schedules, Acquisition Logistics Support Plans (ALSP), and Integrated Product Support (IPS) analysis. ULS understands and develops the Logistics Life Cycle Management Framework. In addition, ULS’s experience includes developing demilitarization and disposal plans, logistics product data, and interactive electronic technical manuals (IETM).

ULS personnel have provided ongoing program financial accounting support from the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and other financial tools to produce monthly progress reports for several Department of the Navy programs. Financial management deliverables include Budget Planning Spreadsheets, weekly financial tracking of all funding expenditures, Spend Plans, and completion of funding acceptance documentation.

ULS has vast experience and the ability to collect, analyze, and catalogue raw data to conduct technical research for provisioning. ULS gathers vendor information, grades product effectiveness and plans, conducts configuration audits, reconciles inventories, and provides documentation. ULS personnel are proficient in Configuration Management Professional (CMP) to add drawings into the database supporting proper configuration management of the U.S. Navy systems.

ULS personnel have in-depth experience in developing training materials, with specific involvement in creating overall classroom curricula from Fleet training, Field Service Representatives (FSR) training, course learning objectives, animation, creations, and student and instructor teaching materials distribution, and providing course instructions.scription
